Janis Buongermino began her career in the staffing industry and successfully launched and grew a temporary staffing agency in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Under her leadership, the agency expanded into additional markets, including Boca Raton and Miami Lakes, establishing a strong reputation for delivering qualified talent and dependable workforce solutions.
Following the successful sale of her staffing agency, Janis founded Ash and Associates Executive Search in 1994 as well as Staffing Solution Inc.. Since then, she has built a career focused on executive recruitment, talent acquisition, and long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
